We are seeking a Crew Chief to manage our test fleet of GT and LMP race cars during and between track/test events, as well as oversee a limited WRL program. Responsibilities include transport, paddock setup, race support, vehicle re-prep, repairs, and upgrades.

• Ability to work independently and lead a small team both in the shop and at events.

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a race car mechanic.

• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) and ability to drive a truck and trailer.

• Willingness to travel to up to 10 race events annually, primarily in the Southeast.

• Experience collaborating with engineers on test procedures and protocols.

• Familiarity with Motec log data (basic downloading and analysis).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to assist drivers with car setups.
